Course Description:

Diet is a basic component of the human lifeway and theoretically significant in the course of human evolution. This course is a review of the topic, exploration of its significance in human evolution, an introduction to technical approaches to studying hominin diets, and an exploration of application of evolutionary approaches to studying diet-related illness. Pre-requisite: 01:070:102 or 01:070:105 or 11:704:110 or 11:704:251 or 01:090:274.
