Course Description: Sensory, aesthetic, emotional, embodied experiences of capitalism and their relationship to ideological and political processes and objectives; capitalism as material culture; objects, desire, memory; capitalism as “dreamworld,” disenchanted, spectacle; phenomenological anthropology.
